People interested in self-parking can utilize the neighboring parking ramp connected to the building for $18 a day, paid directly at the parking ramp. Monthly passes are available for longer-term stays and can be purchased at the parking ramp office on the first floor of the parking structure.

Yes! All guests can get mail delivered to Broadway Plaza. That includes mail from the United States Postal Services and packages. When having mail delivered, please use your residence number in the second line of your street address.

Yes! The Plaza Room is a rentable meeting room located on the third floor. It includes: conference tables, chairs, flat-screen TV and conference meeting camera.
