Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Loyalty Rules

Non-Transferability

Loyalty program statuses and discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered guest. Discounts may not be gifted, sold, or combined with another guest's account.

Tier Expiration

Status in the loyalty program (Plaza Premium or Royal) is subject to review biennially. If the required qualifications are not met, status will be downgraded when it has been two years since the last stay.

Non-Cumulative Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount may be applied to a booking at a time. This includes discounts for first responders, military, etc.

Suspension of Loyalty

Broadway Plaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate a guest's loyalty status for misuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Suspended accounts will forfeit all accumulated status.

Earning Loyalty

Qualifying For Tiers

Status is earned based on qualifying stays during a calendar year. To qualify for Plaza Premium status, the guest must stay once. Guests can then use a discount on their next stay. To qualify for Plaza Royal status, guests must stay at least biannually. The third or more stays then will qualify for a premium discount.

Exclusion of Third-Party Offers

Discounts are only available when booking directly with Broadway Plaza via our website or phone number. Bookings made through third-party platforms do not qualify for loyalty discounts.

Multiple Rooms

Loyalty can only be earned on one room per stay, regardless of the number of rooms reserved under the guest's name.

Loyalty Dispute and Errors

Discount Discrepancies

Any discrepancy in discounts or tier status must be reported within 90 days of the stay or transaction. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding discount or tier status, the decision of Broadway Plaza will be final.

Loyalty Program Changes

Right to Modify

Broadway Plaza reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the loyalty program or any part at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of these changes.
