Juilana Lane, Assistant General Manager
Scott Eggert has over 35 years of experience in property management, specializing in apartment development, renovations, and operations. As the General Manager, he emphasizes the importance of clear communication and teamwork, fostering success through collaboration.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys riding his Harley for "Wind Therapy" and finds joy in being a grandfather. He believes in the "Givers Gain" philosophy, striving to give back to the community and uplift those around him.
As an active member of the Rochester community, Scott has been a member of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2019. He is also a member of the Rochester Community Emergency Response and Crime Free Multi-Housing Teams. Scott values the relationships he's built over 13 years at Broadway Plaza, where creating positive guest experiences is his passion.
Juilana Lane, Assistant General Manager
Juliana Lane has been with Broadway Plaza since 2018. She started as a housekeeper and quickly advanced through various roles, including Guest Services Coordinator, Accommodations Consultant, and Office Assistant. In October 2022, she became the Assistant General Manager.
With a degree in Tourism from Politécnico Internacional in Bogotá, Colombia, and recognition as a Certified Tourism Ambassador in 2018, Juliana has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. She is also part of the Leadership Greater Rochester Class of 2025.
Juliana is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and values Broadway Plaza's family-like atmosphere. She loves traveling, enjoying water activities, and riding her dirt bike to unwind in her free time.
